Training will consist of exploring one's own limitations and tensions that are solely responsible for restrictive movements that become detrimental, and sabotage efficacy. Thus first goal is to fight (not) one's own mental fight. The topics covered include but are not limited to: Bodily and mental tension. Tension before, during and after a confrontation Limitations of own tension Tension-free work to hand-to-hand combat, weapons, ground work and multiple attackers. Using knife as a training accelerator to assist in dealing with tension. Have you ever wandered if so called 'non- contact' is possible? Come and learn the basics of it and discover that you can do it too. Three action packed days in Dubai. Every day will have two 3hr training sessions: 10:00 to 13:00. Lunch. 15:00 -18:00
